What is counseling?
Counseling is a helping relationship between a student and his/her counselor. The counselor listens to the student and guides him/ her finding solutions to some issues or problems he/ she might be experiencing. The discussions that take place in the counseling office are strictly CONFIDENTIAL.

Adjustment / Making friends / Relationships with family members / Study skills / Dealing with depression / Fear of exams / Attendance problems / Getting involved in school life / Dealing with anxiety / Stress management / Conflict with friends or teachers / Decision making skills / Problem solving skills / Controlling anger / Time management / Dealing with crises (medical or personal) / Any or other social, interpersonal or psychological issue you need to talk about.
