Our workshop, “Talk It Out: Transforming Conflict Through Non-Violent Communication,” was a rich, engaging, and highly interactive experience for our educators.
Facilitated by psychotherapist Baraa Hatoum, in collaboration with psychotherapist Nancy Karout, the session combined discussion, role play, and practical tools to help participants transform violent conflict into constructive solutions and apply non-violent communication strategies in real classroom situations.
The workshop also emphasized creating safe and respectful learning environments, modeling the same values we strive to nurture with our students.
A truly productive step toward strengthening communication, empathy, and a culture of respect across our school community.
